With over 40 years of experience, Arun has handled varied professional assignments including Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Management and Systems Audits, Due diligences, Tax matters, and Succession planning for business families.
At Equations, Arun guides owner-promoter families on family and business succession, ownership strategies, exit planning, and setting up family offices. He assists multi-generational families in preparing Shareholder Agreements, Family Agreements, Family Trusts, and Wills. He helps owner-controlled companies to strengthen their corporate governance structures, controls and processes, compliances, risk assessment and mitigation thereof.
A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Arun has been the Global Chairman of IAPA International, and has carried out professional assignments in over 25 countries. He is an Independent Director in several listed companies and has been the Chairman of various committees including Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, Risk Management, ESG, and CSR. He addresses business forums on Indian taxation as well as investments in India.
