At Equations, she advises owner-families on setting up family foundations and building their capability, fundraising, philanthropy and CSR, and impact investment. Her expertise is in connecting with the organizations at every level and getting to the core of their social issues. She has worked across a broad spectrum of projects including capacity building, fundraising, CSR, and impact investment.
Tejas has designed a unique and innovative process of impact assessment of philanthropic initiatives for Equations’ clients.
In her career span, Tejas has worked with Give India – the first online giving platform in India and one of the first retail donation models in the world. At Give India, she headed a team that worked with organizations across the country on capacity building in the areas of accounting, financial management, and legal compliance.
