Sushant specializes in business diagnostics, organizational health check, market research, and organizational development. At Equations, he assists clients to prepare comprehensive organizational systems, HR and operational processes, and performance management systems in order to improve people and process efficiencies. He helps clients in developing market entry strategies and change management initiatives that lead to business transformation.
As a management consultant, Sushant has worked across multiple industry verticals including manufacturing, FMCG, chemicals, construction, real estate, and agro-chemicals. He has worked with Deloitte India in a senior position and has handled projects for family-owned businesses.
Sushant holds a post graduate degree in business management and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Mumbai University.
