As a corporate executive, she has worked in the senior positions in the financial services sector, Indian stock exchanges, and database management.
At Equations, Saumya conducts business and internal process audits for client companies. She assists organizations to develop and digitalize systems and processes for core business functions such as marketing, sales, CRM, HR, purchase, accounts, and project management. Her expertise lies is integrating systems and processes to create a smooth flow of information and decision within departments and across the organisation.
She has an in-depth understanding of database management. During her corporate career spanning fifteen years she worked with National Stock Exchange (NSE), United Exchange, and CMIE in compliances and relationship management.
Saumya is keenly interested in human behaviour and psychology. She is a trained Executive Coach, a certified NLP practitioner, and a behavioural and Emotional Intelligence (EI) assessor. She is Masters in Finance Management, Masters in Commerce, and Masters in Psychology.
