Shekhar is a certified Executive Coach engaged in coaching senior leaders and professional managers. He designs strategic and innovative HR interventions for large corporates. He is on the boards of a few companies and is also a governing body member of a large private university.
At Equations, he advises client families and their organizations on leadership development, organization building and structuring, transformation and change management and provides people management solutions. He helps the Board of Directors and top management on succession planning, coaches next-gen members and potential successors to facilitate smooth inter-generational transition.
Having graduated in business management with a specialization in Human Resource Management, his corporate career spans over 35 years with prominent business houses. He was erstwhile Director of HR at a Group level at Forbes & Co. Ltd. He has also worked with a Tata Group company, Hotel Corporation of India Ltd., and FER Electricals Ltd.
