At Equations, he helps client companies create differentials in their business strategies, build marketing capabilities, and guides sales teams to enhance their productivity multiple times. He also advises international companies on India entry strategy and new product launches.
Lalit has guided small and mid-sized businesses and entrepreneurial ventures from about 35 industry verticals including cutting tools and engineering consumables, manufacturing, real estate, fast-moving consumer goods, consumer durables, and healthcare. He guides owner-promoters on business leadership.
Post graduate from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata with science background, Lalit has worked with Indian and multinational blue-chip companies in pharma, engineering, FMCG, and consumer durables. He has been the head of business strategies and marketing operations at Piramal group companies, Ajanta Pharma, and Garware group.
