For a two generations old successful family business engaged in industrial products manufacturing, we had to address the issues of divergent aspirations of the next generation members, long term direction for the business and succession planning.

Through our unique technique MARG, we measured family’s aspirations, resources and goals. Owner-promoters’ leadership styles, personalities and roles were integrated for a holistic perspective. Our involvement resulted in the development of the family’s Strategic Leadership Plan with a unified Vision, business objectives and succession process. Nagri Niwara Parishad, a non-governmental organization was engaged in developing a Middle Income Group (MIG) Township under stringent statutory conditions in a western suburb of Mumbai.

We planned and implemented unique marketing strategies to sell 1,064 residential apartments. The corner stone of our involvement was ‘precise planning to efficient execution’.

We identified and sharply profiled buyer segments. Trained and developed a team of semi-skilled employees as star performers for sales, administration and customer service. Our ‘out-of-the-box’ marketing strategies and promotion tactics led to a high-demand situation resulting in the sales of the entire project in less than stipulated time period of 30 months. A scientific approach to real estate marketing helped in faster sales, improved profitability of the project and winning accolades from the buyers.

Antico, the leaders in non-metallic PVDF lined pumps wanted to introduce a range of new technology pumps. Several judicious decisions such as users’ perception about the technology, buying behaviour and value pricing were to be taken before launching the product in the market.

Our exhaustive qualitative research mapped the mindsets of CEOs and senior decision makers across 150 chemicals and pharmaceutical companies in India. The results of our in-depth market survey helped the client to decide a “value proposition with a premium price” and a launch strategy focused on their B2B customers. The risk-benefit analysis helped in setting realistic sales targets and a cost-effective launch leading to a successful market entry.

The challenge was to envisage the growth potential of each city in terms of its demographics, buying power, and consumers’ willingness to spend on organized retail and luxury segments.

Our grass-root level findings encompassed in-depth City Scan, catchments evaluation, real estate and infrastructure assessment and incisive profiling of tenant mix. Our data and recommendations were appreciated by the client and the Malls were built in all the cities that we surveyed.

A leading business house having interests in steel, real estate development, and manufacturing, desired to start a world-class education institute in their hometown in the State of Rajasthan.

We conducted a demographic assessment of the entire region, education institutes, and evaluated demand-supply gap in secondary and tertiary education, along with the State’s policies on education. Our insightful study presented ground realities, opportunities and challenges to start an education institute. The clients appreciated and accepted our recommendations and a rationale for the ‘Go – No Go’ decision on the project.
